Gordon's Gin featuring Charlie Allnut from The African Queen | |||
| Gordon's is a brand of London Dry gin produced in the United Kingdom and other of it's current and former colonies. In what is considered one of the first examples of movie "product placement", Bogie's character Charlie Allnut consumed large amounts of it to the great displeasure of Katharine Hepburn's morally upright Rose Sayer in The African Queen. This collector's bottle was released by Gordon's in 1991 to commemorate the film. Measures 12 inches x 8 inches x 6 inches. |
