| The Jack Benny Show | ||
Bogie made very few special appearances on TV, but he did make an appearance on The Jack Benny Show on 25 October 1953, during which he promoted his latest film, Beat The Devil, and acted alongside Benny in a comedy skit as 'Babyface Bogart'. In this skit Benny plays the police officer who tries to interrogate Babyface by intimidating him and "roughing him up" but Benny ends up being the one who is "roughed up". The routine featured lots of small gags, and Bogie delivered his lines with comedic flair. ![]() |
